Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: All orders above Rs.1,500 qualify for free shipping across India. Orders below Rs.1,500 have a flat shipping fee of Rs.79.

Delivery Time (Tamil Nadu): Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Trichy — 3-5 business days. Other locations in Tamil Nadu — 4-6 business days.

Delivery Time (Rest of India): 5-7 business days for metro cities. 7-10 business days for other locations.

Cash on Delivery: COD is available for most PIN codes in Tamil Nadu and select other states. A COD handling fee of Rs.49 applies. COD may not be available for some remote PIN codes.

Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same business day. Orders after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can also track your order from your account page.

Packaging: All sarees are carefully folded and packed in eco-friendly packaging with a saree care card. Gift wrapping is available on request at no extra charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Easy Returns: We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your saree, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return: The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. The blouse piece must also be unused.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup within 48 hours. No need to ship anything yourself.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned saree and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer.

Exchanges: Want a different colour or fabric? Request an exchange when you initiate your return. We'll ship the replacement once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
