Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: Every prepaid order ships free across India, with no minimum. Choose online payment and shipping is on us.
Delivery Time (Tamil Nadu): Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Trichy — 3-5 business days. Other locations in Tamil Nadu — 4-6 business days.
Delivery Time (Rest of India): 5-7 business days for metro cities. 7-10 business days for other locations.
Cash on Delivery: COD is available for most PIN codes in Tamil Nadu and select other states. A COD handling fee of Rs.49 applies. COD may not be available for some remote PIN codes.
Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same business day. Orders after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can also track your order from your account page.
Packaging: All sarees are carefully folded and packed in eco-friendly packaging with a saree care card. Gift wrapping is available on request at no extra charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds & Replacements: If your saree arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll gladly make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
How It Works: Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the saree and packaging. Keep the saree unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the blouse piece so we can process it quickly.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup within 48 hours. No need to ship anything yourself.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned saree and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer.
Change of Mind: As each saree is quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind — but do reach out and we'll always try to help.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
