Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above Rs.1,500. For orders below Rs.1,500, a flat shipping fee of Rs.99 applies.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day.

Yes. COD is available across Tamil Nadu and most major cities in India. COD orders above Rs.3,000 may require phone verification before dispatch.

We ship via DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, or Blue Dart depending on your pin code. You'll receive the courier name and tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Yes. Use the Order Tracking page and enter your order number and registered mobile number. You can also track directly on the courier's website using the tracking number sent to you.

Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon. You can contact us for bulk or gifting inquiries from abroad.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. To start a return, email hello@tanmayaasarees.shop with your order number. See our full Refund Policy.

Once we receive and inspect the returned saree (2–3 days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are transferred via UPI or bank transfer within 7 business days.

We're really sorry. Please email us at support@tanmayaasarees.shop or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven't been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible — you may return it after delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response.

Yes. Enter your coupon code in the Checkout page in the "Apply Coupon" field. Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Sale items may not be eligible for further discounts.

Absolutely. All transactions are secured by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers. Our site is SSL-encrypted (HTTPS).

Yes. Every saree is handwoven by artisans in Tamil Nadu — primarily from weaving clusters in Chettinad, Coimbatore, Madurai, Thanjavur, and Kancheepuram. We do not sell mill-made or power-loom sarees.

All sarees are the standard 6 yards (5.5 metres). Blouse piece (0.8m) is included with most sarees — this is clearly mentioned on each product page. If you need a custom size or extra length, contact us.

We photograph all sarees in natural daylight with minimal editing to keep colours accurate. However, screen calibration varies between devices. If you'd like to see a specific saree in more detail before ordering, WhatsApp us and we'll send you a short video clip.

Chettinad cotton is known for its bold geometric checks and contrasting colour combinations. The weave is slightly heavier and stiffer — it drapes very crisply, ideal for daily wear and office. Coimbatore cotton (also called Salem cotton) is finer, softer, and more lightweight — great for summer and long days. Both are 100% natural cotton.

• First wash: Soak in cold water with 2 tablespoons of salt for 30 minutes to fix colours. Rinse and dry in shade.
• Hand wash or gentle machine cycle in cold water with mild detergent.
• Do not wring. Dry flat in shade, away from direct sunlight.
• Iron on medium heat while slightly damp for the best finish.

Naturally dyed and dark-coloured sarees may release some dye in the first 1–2 washes. This is normal and will stabilise. Wash dark sarees separately for the first few times. All sarees sold by Tanmayaa Sarees are tested for colourfastness before dispatch.

Fold and store in a cotton muslin bag or wrapped in a soft cloth. Avoid plastic covers — cotton needs to breathe. Add a neem leaf bundle or a small cedar sachet to protect from insects. Re-fold along different lines every 6 months to prevent fold marks.

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, view order history, and get early access to sales.
