These terms govern your use of tanmayaasarees.shop and any orders you place with Tanmayaa Sarees. By using our store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission of a parent or guardian) to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Products & Pricing
All sarees on our store are pure cotton and may have minor variations in weave, colour, and texture — that's a feature of handcrafted fabric, not a defect. Photographs are taken in natural light and represent the saree as accurately as possible; minor differences in screen colour rendering may occur.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time before you complete checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, we send a confirmation email or SMS. We accept the order only when we ship it. Until then we may cancel any order — for example, if a saree is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a price has been listed incorrectly. If we cancel after taking payment, you'll receive a full refund.
Payments are processed by Razorpay or PhonePe. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers. Cash on Delivery is available for most PIN codes in Tamil Nadu.
4. Shipping
We ship across India. Standard delivery within Tamil Nadu takes 3–5 business days; rest of India 5–8 business days. Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India. Detailed shipping terms are in our Shipping & Returns page.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. The full policy is on our Refund Policy page.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish our product photographs, descriptions, or any other content for commercial use.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload malicious code.
- Place fraudulent orders or use someone else's payment details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — product photographs, descriptions, logos, brand name “Tanmayaa Sarees”, and design — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep the site running smoothly and to ship every order on time. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delay in delivery beyond the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
